1. Title
A kit set structure that fits inside a trailer and cage
2. Description
2a. Technical field
The invention is mobile live in house
2b. Statement of invention
1. The invention has a series of locking floor and panel components
2. The invention has a series of panels made up of
plywood,polystyrene,plastic and aluminum
3. The invention has a series of water proof al sealing pieces
4. This invention has no cooking equipment,no residential plumbing and
no on board water storage.

2c. Detailed ption of the invention
The First part of this invention is a standard single axel trailer with
al ions of 1200mm x 2400mm x 300mm tray and
a 900mm cage (see fig. 1)
The Second part of this invention is an 18mm thick sheet of plywood,
this is the first floor section (see fig. 2) and is fastened to the
trailer
by a steel beam with four bolts. This floor sections is then d to
four stands by two bolts in each stand (see fig. 2) (a,b,c,d) that
support the floor to the ground and elevate it. The al stair case
is then used as a temporary substitute while the next floor is
being connected (see fig. 2a).
The Third part of this invention is to attach the second 18mm thick
sheet of plywood floor (see fig. 3) to the first floor fig. 1. By first
Attaching the two stands (see fig. 3a note e,f) to the second plywood
floor section. Then by placing the plywood on the external stair case the
second
floor section can be moved under the first floor section and supported
while the last two stands (see fig. 3b note g,h) are secured h the
Flooring sections by two bolts in each stand.
The Fourth part of this invention is the floor to the internal fire
exit room (see fig. 4). This is a 18mm thick sheet of plywood. First the
two stands
(see fig. 4a note i,j) need to be attached to the plywood by the two
bolts in each stand. This is then placed over the toe bar frame (not over
The tow bar tongue) and 50mm inside the trailer tray. This is then
secured to the spare wheel bolts.
The Fifth part of this invention is the first wall panel to make to
sides of the structure. This is erected and fitted to the first floor
section
(see fig. 5) by two bolts and attached to the trailer cage side using one
bolt.

The Sixth part of this invention are the next wall panels. These are
attached to the ng by two bolts and also two bolts to each
panel sections side by two bolts. This is copied through from fig.
6,7,8,9 and 10 to secure the walls. The last of these is a door section
(see fig. 10).
The Seventh part of this invention is the next wall panel ,this is
secured to the floor by two bolts and to the trailer cage side by two
bolts (see fig. 11).
The Eighth part of this invention is the kitchen wall panels. This is
secured to the trailer cage top by three bolts and one bolt to the side
fig. 11 (see fig. 12).
The Ninth part of this invention is the wall panel to the fire exit
room this is secured to the floor by two bolts and to the trailer cage by
one bolt
(see fig. 13).
The Tenth part of this invention is next wall panel to the fire exit
room this is secured to the floor by two bolts and to the wall panel fig.
13 by two bolts
(see fig. 14).
The Eleventh part of this invention is the next panel to the fire exit
room this is secured to the floor by two bolts and to the wall fig. 14 by
two bolts
also one bolt to go h to the r cage (see fig. 15).
The Twelfth part of this invention is the last panel to the fire exit
room this is secured to the floor by two bolts and to the wall fig. 15
by two bolts
(see fig. 16).
The Thirteenth part of this invention is the last wall panel. This is
secured to the trailer cage top by three bolts and one bolt to the side
of fig. 5
(see fig. 17).
The Fourteenth part of this invention is the first roof panel. This is
secured to fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7 and fig. 11
by eight bolts (see fig. 18).
The Fifteenth part of this invention is the second roof panel this is
secured to fig. 8, fig. 9, fig. 10 and fig. 18 by eight bolts (see fig.
18),
before this the waterproof al must be placed between and on top of
fig. 18 and fig. 19 to water proof the joins (see fig. 19a).
The sixteenth part of this invention is to attach the third roof panel,
this is secured to fig. 12, fig. 17, fig.18 , by eight bolts (see fig.
),
before this the waterproof material must be placed between and on top of
fig. 18 and fig. 20 to water proof the joins
The Seventeenth part of this invention is to attach the fifth roof panel
to the fire exit room. This is secured to fig. 13, fig. 14 ,fig. 15 fig.
16 and fig. 20
by seven bolts (see fig. 21), before this the waterproof al must
be placed between and on top of fig. 20 and fig. 21 to water proof the
joins.
The Eighteenth part of this invention is to waterproof the entire
structure using water proof material cut to length with double sewn
velcro seams,
these attach to the panels edges by the velcro (see fig.22)
The Nineteenth and last part of this invention is to watertight the
corners of the panels using the c corner pieces that attach with
velcro (see fig.23)
