Abstract

Described herein are fungicidal compositions comprising: a) a fungicidal compound of the Formula; b) at least one ionic surfactant; c) at least one nonionic surfactant; d) from about 50 g/L to about 700 g/L of benzyl acetate; e) at least one N,N-dialkylcarboxamide; and f) from about 25 g/L to about 150 g/L of at least one organic solvent selected from the group consisting of: cyclohexanone, acetophenone, 2-heptanone, 2-heptanol, oleyl alcohol, and 2-ethylhexanol. The compositions are homogeneous, stable upon storage, and upon dilution in water form stable emulsions that can be sprayed onto plants to control important fungal diseases. 150 g/L of at least one organic solvent selected from the group consisting of: cyclohexanone, acetophenone, 2-heptanone, 2-heptanol, oleyl alcohol, and 2-ethylhexanol. The compositions are homogeneous, stable upon storage, and upon dilution in water form stable emulsions that can be sprayed onto plants to control important fungal diseases.

Claims (25)

CLAIM
1. A fungicidal composition comprising: a) a fungicidal nd of the Formula 5 ; b) at least one ionic surfactant; c) at least one nonionic surfactant; d) from about 50 g/L to about 700 g/L of benzyl acetate; e) at least one N,N-dialkylcarboxamide; and 10 f) from about 25 g/L to about 150 g/L of at least one organic t selected from the group consisting of: cyclohexanone, acetophenone, 2-heptanone, 2-heptanol, oleyl alcohol, and 2-ethylhexanol.

The fungicidal composition of claim 1, wherein the ition includes: a) from about 1 gram per liter (g/L) to about 200 g/L of the fungicidal compound of the 15 Formula 1002207227 b) from about 1 g/L to about 100 g/L of the at least one ionic surfactant , wherein the at least one ionic tant includes at least one anionic surfactant; c) from about 1 g/L to about 200 g/L of the at least one nonionic surfactant; d) from about 300 g/L to about 500 g/L of benzyl acetate; 5 e) from about 25 g/L to about 300 g/L of the at least one N,N-dialkylcarboxamide wherein the at least one N,N-dialkylcarboxamide includes an N,N-dimethyl fatty acid amide; and f) from about 25 g/L to about 150 g/L of the at least one organic solvent.
3. The fungicidal compositions of claim 1, wherein the composition includes from about 1 gram per liter (g/L) to about 200 g/L of the fungicidal compound of the Formula 10 .
4. The fungicidal compositions of any one of claims 1 or 3, wherein the composition includes from about 1 g/L to about 100 g/L of the at least one ionic surfactant, wherein the at least one ionic surfactant includes at least one anionic surfactant.
5. The fungicidal compositions of any one of claims 1, 3 or 4, wherein the ition 15 includes from about 1 g/L to about 200 g/L of the at least one nonionic tant.
6. The fungicidal compositions of any one of claims 1, 3, 4 or 5, wherein the composition includes from about 300 g/L to about 500 g/L of benzyl acetate.
7. The fungicidal itions of any one of claims 1, 3-6, wherein the composition includes from about 25 g/L to about 300 g/L of the at least one N,N-dialkylcarboxamide, 20 n the at least one N,N-dialkylcarboxamide includes at least one of an N,N-dimethyl fatty acid amide. 1002207227
8. The fungicidal itions of any one of claims 1-7, n benzyl acetate, the at least one alkylcarboxamide and the at least one organic t together form a water immiscible organic solvent.
9. The fungicidal compositions of any one of claims 1-8, wherein the weight ratios of 5 benzyl acetate: the at least one N,N-dialkylcarboxamide : the at least one organic solvent range from about 1-10 : 1-10 : 1-10.
10. The fungicidal compositions of any one of claims 1-9, wherein the weight ratios of benzyl acetate: the at least one N,N-dialkylcarboxamide : the at least one organic solvent range from about 4-6 : 1-3 : 1-2. 10
11. The fungicidal compositions of any one of claims 1-10, wherein the at least one N,N- dialkylcarboxamide is selected from a group consisting of N,N-dimethylhexanamide, N,N- dimethyloctanamide, N,N-dimethyldecanamide and N,N-dimethyldodecanamide.
12. The fungicidal compositions of any one of claims 1-11, wherein the at least one organic solvent is selected from a group consisting of acetophenone, cyclohexanone, 2-ethylhexanol and 15 anol.
13. The fungicidal compositions of any one of claims 1-12, wherein the water immiscible organic solvent includes benzyl acetate, one or more than one of a fatty acid N,N- dialkylcarboxamide and cyclohexanone.
14. The fungicidal compositions of any one of claims 1-13, further including at least one 20 additional fungicidal compound.
15. The fungicidal itions of claim 14, wherein the at least one additional fungicidal compound is selected from a group consisting of azoxystrobin, bifujunzhi, coumethoxystrobin, coumoxystrobin, dimoxystrobin, enestroburin, enoxastrobin, fenaminstrobin, fenoxystrobin, flufenoxystrobin, fluoxastrobin, jiaxiangjunzhi, kresoxim-methyl, mandestrobin, 25 nostrobin, orysastrobin, picoxystrobin, ostrobin, pyrametostrobin, pyraoxystrobin, triclopyricarb, trifloxystrobin, methyl 2-[2-(2,5-dimethylphenyloxymethyl)phenyl] yacrylate, azaconazole, bitertanol, bromuconazole, cyproconazole, difenoconazole, 7227 diniconazole, diniconazole-M, epoxiconazole, fenbuconazole, fluquinconazole, azole, flutriafol, hexaconazole, imibenconazole, ipconazole, metconazole, myclobutanil, oxpoconazole, paclobutrazole, penconazole, propiconazole, prothioconazole, simeconazole, tebuconazole, tetraconazole, triadimefon, triadimenol, triticonazole, uniconazole, imazalil, 5 pefurazoate, prochloraz, triflumizole, pyrimidines, fenarimol, nuarimol, pyrifenox, and triforine.

The fungicidal compositions of any one of claims 14 or 15, wherein the at least one additional fungicidal compound is selected from a group consisting of azoxystrobin, immethyl , picoxystrobin, pyraclostrobin, trifloxystrobin, epoxiconazole, fenbuconazole, myclobutanil, propiconazole, prothioconazole, and tebuconazole. 10
17. The fungicidal compositions of any one of claims 14-16, wherein the at least one additional fungicidal nd is selected from a group consisting of pyraclostrobin, prothioconazole and propiconazole.
18. The fungicidal compositions of any one of claims 1-17, further including an adjuvant that improves the fungicidal performance of the ition selected from a group consisting of a 15 non-ionic surfactant, a polyether modified polysiloxane and an alkyl phosphonate.
19. The itions of any one of claims 1-18, wherein the at least one ionic surfactant is an anionic surfactant selected from a group consisting of an alkali, alkaline earth and ammonium salt of an alkylarylsulfonic acid.
20. The compositions of any one of claims 1-19, wherein the at least one ic surfactant 20 is selected from a group consisting of an alcohol initiated EO/PO block copolymer and an l late.
21. A fungicidal composition according to claim 1, comprising: a) a fungicidal nd of the Formula 1002207227 b) a calcium salt of an alkylaryl sulfonate; c) an alcohol initiated EO/PO block copolymer; d) a tridecyl alcohol ethoxylate; 5 e) a polyether modified organopolysiloxane; f) from about 50 g/L to about 700 g/L of benzyl acetate; g) an N,N-dimethyl fatty acid amide; and h) from about 25 g/L to about 150 g/L of cyclohexanone.
22. A fungicidal composition ing to claim 21, further sing prothioconazole. 10
23. A fungicidal composition ing to claim 21, further comprising pyraclostrobin.
24. A fungicidal composition according to claim 21, further comprising propiconazole.
25. The compositions of any one of claims 1-19, wherein the fungicidal composition ses benzyl acetate, one or more than one of a fatty acid N,N-dialkylcarboxamide, cyclohexanone, and 2-ethylhexanol.
