Abstract

personal disposable bag toilet includes: a toilet bag(Figure1) and a shed curtain privacy protection (Figure2). The toilet bag includes a main bag 1 and a partition pad. The main bag as a human waste catchment is a bag column made of environmental safe plastic film like material with both top and bottom ends open. A tie 12 near the bottom edge to close the bottom open before use and a tie 11 near the top edge to close the top open after the main bag stuffed with human waste. A main bag air breather10 is located below the partition pad front side. The breather and the two ties are jointed by thermal / adhesive to the main bag. The partition pad includes a pad ring 2 featuring with a front ear9 and a sticker8 attached to it’s inside surface, and a back ear 6 with a sticker 7 to the back ear inside surface. The front ear sticker to fit a person’s lower belly and the back one’s to the person’s lower hip. Both ears featuring with strap holes one each for optional waist strap application. The pad ring is made of environment safe strong elastic material around a partition 3 outline periphery on the partition top surface and is settled between legs thigh root grooves when the bag toilet in use. A urine channel 4 is an ellipse shaped funnel column for guiding urine to the main bag and a faeces channel 5 ellipse shaped funnel column for faeces 2 guide. The partition is to separate the main bag into a waste catchment area and a outside area. The two channels, the pad ring are jointed to the partition, then the partition is jointed to the main bag by thermal/adhesive. Description

Patent Reference 725772 Application New Edition Disposable Bag Toilet Description: As for most people are doing their toilet in a normal routine way everyday while others may be confronting difficulties. Most of the paralytic, disabled people, elders, patients are not able to conduct a quality self-toileting without assistant care. Also when people in urgent need of toileting or when people traveling sometimes they can only find no any toilet available, thus, everyone may face this embarrassing situation. To find better solutions for them and to relief their suffering, I invent a disposable bag toilet as described below.
A disposable bag toilet includes: a toilet bag (Figure 1)and a shed curtain privacy protection(Figure 2).
The toilet bag includes a main bag 1 and a partition pad. The main bag as a human waste catchment is a bag column made of environmental safe plastic film like material with both top and bottom ends open. A tie12 near the bottom outside to close the bottom open before use, a tie 11 near the top outside to close the top open after the main bag stuffed with human waste. The human waste in the toilet bag can be discharged into a formal toilet sink by untie the toilet bag bottom open. A main bag air breather 10 is located below the partition pad front side. When a person practice a toileting, the breather adapts inside the toilet bag air move to accelerate human waste to travel into the toilet bag. The breather and the two ties are jointed by thermal / adhesive to the main bag. The partition pad includes a pad ring 2 featuring with a front ear 9 and a sticker 8 attached to it’s inside surface, and a back ear 6 with sticker 7 to the back ear inside surface. The front ear sticker to fit a person’s lower belly and the back ones to the person’s lower hip area.
Both ears featuring with strap holes one each for optional waist strap application. The pad ring is made of environment safe strong elastic material and is on a partition 3 top surface near it’ s edge and is settled between legs thigh root grooves when the bag toilet in use. A urine channel 4 is an ellipse shaped funnel column for guiding urine to the main bag and a faeces channel 5 ellipse shaped funnel column for faeces guide. When using the toilet bag, the faeces channel centre should be line up to a user’s human faeces genital center, press it by a hand to fit the user’s body, then other hand press travel along the toilet pad to bottom ear region to stick it to the user’s body, after that, the first hand make a travel with pressure between the user’s legs along the toilet pad to cover user’s genital region to the top ear sticker area to stick the toilet bag to user’s lower belly. Due to the toilet pad is elastic sealed to the user’s body, it can fit to human body properly and minimize human wastes contaminating outside the toilet bag. The partition is to separate the main bag into a waste catchment area and a outside area. The two channels, the pad ring are jointed to the partition, then jointed to the main bag by thermal/adhesive. The partition and both channels are made of the same material as the main bag.
The shed curtain privacy protection as a disposable bag toilet optional feature which includes a converted common like foldable umbrella 13 with spokes ends rings 20 and umbrella support rod with thread end. A foldable and size adjustable hat 14 is made of strong plastic like material with top centre thread hole to fit the umbrella ‘s support rod. An opaque curtain 15 is made of water-proof texture. A visual transparent screen 16 with ventilation holes is thermal/adhesived to the curtain. Weighs blocks 18 thermal/adhesived to the curtain along its lower edge to balance the curtain. Upper edge of the curtain with hooks 19 to be hooked to the umbrella spoke ends rings. The curtain overlaps with snap-ons 17 to close the curtain circle to form a user privacy protection shed.
The bag toilet can be used as a whole thing or the components can be used separately. And the toilet bag can be used for people who with toileting normal consciousness or patients with low or without toileting consciousness for short time toileting or continuous long time toileting practices. When the bag toilet on use, a user can be at squat position, lying on his/hers side or on his/hers back position. Figure 2 shows a typical female toileting with a curtain privacy protection at squat position. Figure 3 shows a typical male lying on back position toileting application presentation. When lying on back position toileting, the user should keep his/hers legs scissors open a little bit as the toilet bag need a bit space to swell while the toilet bag is stuffing with human waste. By the way, a person’s toileting routine self-clean up and sanitization are deemed to be common knowledge not to be described herein. x

  1. Claims
  2. The invention claimed is: 1 A positioning and nesting device with a continuous cylindrical shaped boundary, made up of two boundary sides, a base/feet end portion (where an infant’s feet will be placed) that are movable, mouldable and shape retaining (also including a head end where an infant’s head will be placed) in order to support a premature neonate’s position, and to facilitate safe, comfortable and developmentally appropriate positioning and nesting of neonates cared for in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) whilst nursed/cared for in a cot and/or incubator), filled with plastic micro pellets (ranging in size from 0.3mm to
  3. 3.0mm) which gives a firm, unsmooth/‘bumpy’, textured surface that gives way when touched or pushed against and emulate the sensory feedback neonates would receive in- utero when pushing against the placenta wall (mimicking the surface texture of the placenta wall). 2 The positioning and nesting device as set forth in claim 1’s continuous boundary filled with plastic pellets (ranging in size from 0.3mm to 3.0mm diameter) are securely enclosed by waterproof, heatproof, preferably recycled material/ fabric to form an inner boundary. 3 The positioning and nesting device as set forth in claim 1’s cylindrical shaped boundary sides are of pre-determined heights – at least 8cm at base/feet end and 6cm at sides.
  4. 4. The positioning and nesting device as set forth in claim 2 has a continuous boundary which is used as a continuous boundary when infants are positioned and nested within it - inside incubators and cots – enabling movement and moulding of sides and base/feet end, but areas along sides of boundary are removable (only on a temporary basis to enable easy access with minimal disturbance to the infant for medical procedures) and re- attached to make the temporary removal of the base/feet end, the head end opposite to the base portion and/or the side portions of the continuous boundary possible.
