Abstract

The present disclosure relates generally to the field of antimicrobial Pyrimidinone and other heterocyclic compounds and to methods of making and using them. These compounds are useful for treating, preventing, and reducing the risk of microbial infections in humans and animals. Compounds of the invention include: 1-(S-{ 4-[(3-Amino-propylamino)-methyl]-phenyl} -4-oxo-1,4-dihydro-pyrimidin-2-yl)-3-(2-trifluoromethoxy-phenyl)-urea
