Abstract
597310 Disclosed is device with electromechanical locking for secure distribution of blood or hemocomponents. The device includes a rigid container (1), fitted with a container mouth (11) and a closing cover (2) that includes an electronic circuit that has an electronic control card. Also included are an electric battery and a low-consumption electromechanical lock (36a) and an information display screen (42). The electronic circuit has a data memory for storing data with specific patient identification details and a data entry means for uploading and downloading the data. The electromechanical lock (36a) is unlocked by entering the patient identification data and its unique correspondence with the data held in the memory. The cover (2) has a rear appendix for axially coupling to the container mouth (11), with the container mouth (11) and the rear appendix of the cover presenting similar irregular outlines for coupling in a single position, with the container (1) being made of transparent material.
