Abstract
Et fremdriftssystem med generatoraggregat (1) og elektrisk fremdriftsmotor (2) med høy virkningsgrad kombinert med stort reguleringsområde for fremdriftsmotorens (2) turtall. Fremdriftsmotoren (2) strømforsynes via en styrbar laveffektsomformer (3) ved lav motoreffekt og lave turtall, men strømforsynes via en effektbryter (5) direkte fra generatoraggregatet (1) ved høy motoreffekt og høye turtall. Systemet tillater at generatoraggregatet (1) kan drives kontinuerlig og egner seg godt som strømforsyning også til andre elektriske anlegg (6, 7).
