Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av orientert polyolefin hvori betingelser for strekking eller orientering er definert for å maksime- re den uhindrede (fri) krymperespons for filmen. Oppfinnelsen vedrører også en krympefilmstruktur såvel som en krympefilmstruktur fremstilt ved hjelp av den nye fremgangsmåte hvori i hvert tilfelle krympefilmen som krympekontroll-lag omfatter minst en homogent forgrenet etylen-interpolymer med en polymerdensitet under 0,91 g/cm3. Fremgangsmåten har kommersielle og utviklingsmessige fordeler og filmstrukturen kan utnyttes ved slike anvendelser som industriell kollatering av pa- pfrvarer og barriereemballering av næringsmidler.The invention relates to a process for producing oriented polyolefin in which conditions for stretching or orientation are defined to maximize the unobstructed (free) shrinkage response of the film. The invention also relates to a shrink film structure as well as a shrink film structure prepared by the novel method wherein in each case the shrink film as a shrink control layer comprises at least one homogeneously branched ethylene interpolymer having a polymer density below 0.91 g / cm 3. The process has commercial and developmental advantages and the film structure can be utilized in applications such as industrial paper packaging and barrier packaging of foodstuffs.
