Abstract
Det er beskrevet et system for utnyttelse av bølgeenergi hvor systemet består av en bølgemottaker (1) montert innvendig i en kanal (2) eller bølgehus. Når bolgemottakeren treffes av en bølge, vil den skyves innover og i sin tur presse et stempel (5) innover i et første sylinderhus (5). Når luften innvendig i det første sylinderhuset oppnår et forutbestemt trykk vil en hovedventil (6) åpne og avgi en viss luftmengde ved et forutbestemt trykk. Kanalen/bø]gehuset har en skråstilling i forhold til horisontalplanet tilstrekkelig til at bølgemottakeren kan returnere til utgangsposisjon ved hjelp av tyngdekraften når bølgen er på retur. Bølgemottakeren kan fordelaktig være utstyrt med friksjonsreduserende midler (10) i form av hjul eller trinser, og kan også være utstyrt med pakninger (l 1) for å hindre vann i å trenge forbi bølgemortakeren (1). Systemet kan også innbefatte andre sylinderhus for å regulere avstanden mellom stempelet (5) og bakre vegg i det første sylinderhuset. Alternativt, eller i tillegg til det andre sylinderhuset, kan det være innmontert ett eller flere tredje sylinderhus mellom bølgemottakeren og stempelet (5), slik at avstanden mellom bolgemottakeren og stempelet kan reguleres. De andre og tredje sylinderhus skal besørge tilpasning av systemet til ulike bølgehøyder og/eller ulike nivåer for vannstanden.
