Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår en fremgangsmåte for frekvenshopping, samt et radiosystem. Frekvenshopping implementeres i nedlink-retning på kringkastings- styringskanalens frekvens. Radiosystemet omfatter en nettdel (100), en abonnentterminal (102) og en radioforbindelse (104) som overføringsbane. Nyheten er at kringkastings-styringskanalen vanligvis ikke utfører frekvenshopping. Den enkleste implementering av systemet er en programvare- modifikasjon i nettdelen (100) og abonnentterminalen (102). Oppfinnelsen kan anvendes i alle radiosystemer som benytter frekvenshopping, spesielt i GSM/DCS1800-systemene og i UMTS-systemet.
