Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse frembringer en fremgangsmåte og et apparat for å styre og verifisere sveisekvaliteten i en unipolar pulsert sveising ved måling av untder-prosess-parametre. Fremgangsmåten er beskrevet for sanntids sveise- kvalitetskontroll i et sveisekvalitetskontrollsystem for unipolar pulsert sveising, omfattende måling av minst en under-prosess-parameter som korrelerer til en re- sulterende sveisekvalitet av en sveising. Videre er det beskrevet fremgangsmåter for etter-prosess sveisekvalitetsverifisering for unipolar pulsert sveising, omfatten- de identifisering av minst en under-prosess-parameter som kan brukes som en etter-prosess sveisekvalitetsverifiserings-parameter, og benyttelse av en slik etter- prosess sveisekvalitetsverifiserings-parameter til å verifisere sveisekvaliteten etter en unipolar pulsert sveiseprosess.
