Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører et insekticid-preparat som består av en løsning av pyretrin i en en- eller flerverdig alkohol med et UV-absorberende materiale og valgfritt en synergetisk aktiv forbindelse. UV-absorbsjonsmaterialet kan for eksempel være en benzofenon eller en cinnamat-, salisylat- eller antranilat-ester. Det synergetisk aktive materiale er for eksempel piperonylbutoksid. Forholdet mellom pyretrin og UV-absorberende materiale er fortrinns- vis mellom 2:1 og 1:5, og forholdet mellom pyretrin og piperonyl er fortrinnsvis mellom 1:1 og 1:5.
