Abstract

Anordning i bygning såsom bolighus innbefattende minst en etasje med et antall rom, inklusive minst en bod for hver etasje, hvilken bygning er forsynt med tekniske installasjoner for vann, ventilasjon, avløp for sanitærutstyr og tilførsel av elektrisk strøm etc., For hver etasje er det anordnet minst en bod som er beliggende direkte over eller under boden for den respektive over- eller underliggende etasje, slik at bodene fremstår som sammenhengende fra øverste til nederste etasje fortrinnsvis sentralt i bygningen, og at bodene er tilrettelagt for anordning/fremføring av de tekniske installasjonene. Samtidig skal boden fungere som en romslig bod nå og i fremtiden. Vi sentraliserer teknisk utstyr til boden eller i tilknytning til boden midt i bygg. Anordningen endrer på reglene det bygger etter. Man lar teknikken sette premissene for arkitekturen, tilpasning for tekniske installasjoner er da allerede utført. Anordningen reduserer indirekte og direkte kostnader vedrørende tekniske installasjoner i bygg.
