Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår en rørkopling, omfattende en hylse (1) med minst en ende som er innrettet til å oppta et rør (4, 5), hvilken ende er utformet med en stort sett rettavkortet konisk støtteflate for en tetningsring (6, 7) med et stort sett sirkulært tverrsnitt, og en trykkring (8) med en motstående, rettavkortet konisk trykkflate, ved hjelp av hvilken tetningsringen - i forbindelse med støtteflaten - kan sammentrykkes rundt røret som er innført i hyl- sen, idet en låseinnretning (13) som samvirker med trykkflaten er anordnet slik at den ved hjelp av trykkflaten tvinges til inngrep med overflaten til røret som skal koples når trykkringen tiltrekkes. Ifølge oppfinnelsen omfatter låseinnretningen (13) en materialstrimmel som er bøyd til en rettavkortet konisk og splittet ring som ligger an mot tetnings- ringen (6, 7) mens dens ytre omkretskant ligger an mot trykkringens (8) trykkflate og dens indre krets eller bunnkant ligger an mot røret som skal koples.
