Abstract

Styreanordning til oppnåelse av optimal bruk av energien fra et fartøys hovedenergikilde (1,2). Energien blir tilført motorer (11,12,13,14) til bevegelse av fartøyet i dettes lengderetning, og eventuelt motorer (33,34,38,39) til bevegelse av fartøyet i dettes tverretning, samt eventuelt motorer til drift av andre innretninger ombord på fartøyet. Anordningen omfatter et elektrisk styreledningsnett (8) som sammenknytter hovedenergikilden (1,2), generator- anordningen (5,6) og motorene med en manøvreringsinnretning (45), en programmerbar, logisk styreinnretning, heretter kalt PLS-innretning (46), og eventuelt et globalt posisjoneringssystem, heretter kalt GP-system (47). PLS-innretningen (46) er innrettet til mottagelse av informasjon vedrørende en ønsket beve- gelse av fartøyet fra f.eks. manøvreringsinnretningen (45) eller GP-systemet (47) og sende styreimpulser til motore- ne for drift av disse basert på et optimaliseringsdata- program for oppnåelse av den ønskede bevegelse av fartøyet med et minimalt energiforbruk.Control device for optimum use of energy from a vessel's main energy source (1,2). The energy is supplied to motors (11,12,13,14) for movement of the vessel in its longitudinal direction, and possibly motors (33,34,38,39) for movement of the vessel in its transverse direction, and possibly motors for operation of other devices on board on the vessel. The device comprises an electrical control line network (8) which interconnects the main energy source (1,2), the generator device (5,6) and the motors with a maneuvering device (45), a programmable logic control device, hereinafter called a PLC device (46), and optionally a global positioning system, hereinafter called the GP system (47). The PLS device (46) is adapted to receive information regarding a desired movement of the vessel from e.g. the maneuvering device (45) or the GP system (47) and sending control pulses to the engines for operation thereof based on an optimization data program to achieve the desired movement of the vessel with minimal energy consumption.
