Abstract

Det er vist en framgangsmåte og anordning for automatisk meldingsutvekslig mellom kjøretøy (A, B), så som automatisk kontroll av lysutsyr. Minst et første kjøretøy (A) har installert utstyr omfattende minst en enhet (1) for mottak av infra- rødt lys. Enheten (1) er tilkoplet en elektronisk logikkenhet (5), som igjen er til- koplet utstyr (6) som er i inngrep med kjøretøyets styringssystemer for lys, brems- ing, osv. og/eller utstyr for presentasjon for fører av kjøretøyet. Ved det andre kjøretøyet (B) er installert minst en retroreflektiv refleks (4). Det første kjøretøyet (A) er utstyrt med en enhet for å modulere det infrarøde signalet (2) på ulike måter for forskjellige formål, og sender ut et modulert infrarødt lyssignal (2) som detek- teres ved det andre kjøretøy (B). Det detekterte, innkommende lyset (3) tolkes i logikkenheten (5), og eventuell aksjon iverksettes ved det første kjøretøyet (A).
