Abstract
Termisk isolasjonsmateriale av syntetisk fiber, i form av en sammenholdt fiber- konstruksjon omfattende et materiale av: (a) fra 50 til 100 vekt% av glattede, spundne og strukkede, krympede polymere stapelmikrofibrer med en diameter på fra 3 til 12 iim, (b) fra O til 30 vekt% av uglattede, spundne og strukkede, krympede polymere stapelmikrofibrer med en diameter på fra 3 til 12 pm, og (c) fra O til 30 vekt% av syntetiske polymere makrofibrer med en diameter på fra 12 til 50 um, hvor i det minste noen av fibrene er bundet eller mekanisk forbundet med hverandre, og hvor den termomekaniske parameter T er større enn 0,25 (m2-K/W-m)/(mN-cm).Synthetic fiber thermal insulation material, in the form of a bonded fiber structure comprising a material of: (a) from 50 to 100% by weight of smoothed, spun and stretched, shrinkable polymeric staple microfibres having a diameter of from 3 to 12 µm, (b) ) from 0 to 30% by weight of unglazed, spun and stretched shrunken polymeric stack microfibres having a diameter of from 3 to 12 µm, and (c) from 0 to 30% by weight of synthetic polymeric macrofibres having a diameter of from 12 to 50 µm. , wherein at least some of the fibers are bonded or mechanically interconnected, and wherein the thermomechanical parameter T is greater than 0.25 (m2-K / Wm) / (mN-cm).
