Abstract

Klordioksyd anvendes for å stabilisere hydrogenperoksyd i blekevæske ved alkalisk pH. Dette antas å hjelpes ved ødeleggelse av enzymer (spesielt katalase) som produseres av bakterier. Metoden er nyttig for reprosesserlng av masser, spesielt når et avfargings- trinn er involvert.
