Abstract
Framgangsmåte for strengsprøyting av hulprofiler, rør eller liknende av polymert materiale med en sjiktvis sammensatt vegg, med et yttersjikt (7) av massivt polymennateriale, et mellomsjikt (6) av på annen måte strukturert polymermateriale og et dekkende innersjikt (92) av massivt polymermateriale ved bruk av en form hvor sjiktene l langsgående fuger ved tilvirkningen. Formålet er å redusere den uheldige innvirkningen fra fugene på styrken. Dette formålet oppnås ved at i det minste det massive polymermateriale (91) for innersjiktet (92) tilføres til mellomsjiktet (6) hhv. til kombinasjonen av mellomsjiktet (6) og yttersjiktet (7) først i den fremre delen (85) av formen og på dette stedet forbindes, med mellomsjiktets (6) innside ved strengsprøyting-sveising, og at de langsgående fugene i sjiktene som dannes ved strengsprøytingen plasseres i ulike stillinger i omkretsretningen for ulike sjikt. Det er også beskrevet en anordning for å gjennomføre denne framgnagsmåten.
