Abstract
Det er angitt en fremgangsmåte med hvilken dybdeverdier som fremkommer ved skrålodding med viftelodd for et havbunnsprofil bestemmes med større nøyaktighet. Ved skrålodding er bl.a. det nøyaktige kjennskap til lydhastighet ved overflaten for svingersatsen (10) av avgjørende betydning når det gjelder fastleggelse av lodderetningen. Med skrått innbygde svingersatser (10) blir feilfrie dybdeverdier bestemt i vertikal lodderet- ning og i lodderetning som er normal på svingeren, hvilke dybdeverdier danner grunnlag for en vurdering av bunnprofilet. Ved sammenligning av dybdeverdien for det vurderte profil og for havbunnsprofi let fremkommer det korreksjoner for lydhastighet ved overflaten og dermed mer nøyaktige dybdeverdier for havbunnsprofi let. En slik fremgangsmåte er særlig fordelaktig i forbindelse med viftelodding fra hydrografiske oppmålingsfartøyer.
