Abstract

Stabile partikler omfattende en kjerne bestående av en vannublandbar ester eller amid av 3,5-diacetamido-2 ,4 ,6-trliodbenzosyre innkapslet med metylcellulose, hvor nevnte partikler har en gjennomsnittlig partlkkel-størrelse på mindre enn ca 10 ym.Det er også beskrevet dispersjoner inneholdene slike partikler og fremgangsmåter for fremstilling derav. Partiklene er særlig nyttige som kontrastmidler for bruk i diagnostiske røntgen- og ultralydavbildnings-preparater og -fremgangsmåter.
