Abstract

Fremgangsmåte og anordning for å tilveiebringe redusert forvrengning ved et optisk analogtransmisjonssystem. Et elektrisk analogt Inngangssignal (12) splittes i en splitter (14) l en første og andre signaldel. En laser (16) moduleres med en første signaldel for å frembringe et laserutgangssignal. Laserutgangssignalet splittes til et første og andre optisk signal, og det andre optiske signalet omformes til et korresponderende elektrisk signal. Forvrengningskomponentene innført av laseren 16 Isoleres ved å kombinere korresponderende elektrisk med en andre signaldel til det opprinnelige elektriske, analoge Inngangssignalet. En andre laser (32) blir så modulert med forvrengningskomponentene for å frembringe et andre laserutgangssignal hvor for- vrengningskomponentene er av lik størrelse, men motsatt . fase til de tilstede i det første optiske signalet.
