Description
Oppfinnelsen vedrorer en plate til fremstilling av en polstret bindsåle, bestående av et bærematerial, et skumstoff, og eventuelt et tildekningslag som innbyrdes er forbundet.
Tidligere kjent er innleggssåler med et nedre hardt lag av papp og et tildekkende lag av et polyuretanskum med åpne celler, hvilke lag er sarnmenklebet innbyrdes. På grunn av polyuretanskummets sterke kjemiske aldringstegn er imidlertid den oppnådde forbindelse mellom de to lag ikke tilstrekke-lig ved de boyepåkjenninger som opptrer under brudd. For å motvirke en for tidlig odeleggelse av forbindelsen er det vanlig innbyrdes å sy sammen de to lag særlig i området for kantsonen. Ofte anvendes i tillegg stukne sommer i området for flatene hvori eventuelt i tillegg kan være innbefattet et tekstiltrekk. Fremstillingen av slike innleggssåler er som folge av dette meget kostbar. Bruksverdien er, uavhengig av den ventede korte levetid, også i ortopedisk henseende utilstrekkelig.
Den oppgave som ligger til grunn ;for oppfinnelsen
er å unngå de forannevnte ulemper og å tilveiebringe en plate for okonomisk fremstilling av polstrede bindsåler eller tilsvarende innleggssåler som med hensyn til sin elastisitet i de forskjellige områder av seg selv tilpasser seg fotens ortopediske form og som har en hoy kjemisk aldringsbestandig-het. '
Denne oppgave blir lost ifolge oppfinnelsen ved at bærematerialet består av en bundet bane av naturlige og/eller syntetiske fibre, og at skumstoffet består av en plate av et med lukkede celler oppskummet tverrbundet polyolefin som ved hjelp av flammekasjering er påsveiset flberbanen.
For formstabiliteten og styrkeegenskapene til platen i henhold til oppfinnelsen er særlig de tilsvarende egenskaper til bærematerialet avgjorende. Med hensyn til klima-tiseringen av det indre rom i sko under bruk har det vist seg som fordelaktig at bærematerialet i det vesentlige er fremstilt av naturlige fibre som innbyrdes er forbundet ved hjelp av et bindemiddel. Særlig lærfibre har gitt utmerkede resultater. Spesielt for å sikre formstabiliteten ved opp-tredende fukting :~kan m.ate.rialet_i. -tillegg inneholde en be-stemt andel av syntetiske og/ellér anorganiske stapelfibre. Materialet kan eventuelt også være oppbygget av flere lag, og det kan eksempelvis ha et gjennomgående armeringsinnlegg i form av en vevnad eller et florstoff.
Innleiringen av et bindemiddel for avstivning av fiberbanen kan fore til at de naturlige fibres evne til å opp-ta fuktighet nedsettes, noe som i mange tilfelle er uonsket. For å eliminere denne ulempe har det vist seg som fordelaktig å avstive banen av naturlige fibre ved jevn fordeling av inn-leirede bindefibre. Bindefibrene kan være kjemisk eller termisk aktiverbare.
For å oppnå en god binding til det kunststofflag som skal pakasjeres, kan det når det gjelder en bindemiddel-bundet fiberbane være hensiktsmessig forst å slipe av dens overflate for skumstoffbanen av det med lukkede celler oppskummede tverrbundne' polyolefin påsveises. Denne ekstra ar-beidsprosess er ikke påkrevd når fiberbanen /ved-"anvendelse av bindetråder er avstivet i seg selv.
Det har vist seg å være særlig fordelaktig når det anvendte polyolefinskum er et polyetylenskum med en volumvekt på 25 - 200 kg/m^, fortrinnsvis en volumvekt på 70 - 120 kg/m^. Et polyetylenskum med denne volumvekt har en gjennomsnittlig cellestorrelse på omtrent 0,5 mm. Ved gjennomsnittlig kroppsvekt har den en utmerket tilpasningsevne til menneskefoten, hvilket i oppfinnelsens oyemed er av meget stor betydning. Som kjent overfores kroppsbelastningen hos mennes-ket av fotens forskjellige områder med varierende styrke til
underlaget. De resulterende belastninger er i området for
tåballen og spesielt i området for hælen for store til lang-varig å kunne garantere fullstendig elastisitet av det anvendte skumstoff, og dette forer i disse områder til en varig minimal deformering i forhold til de bvrige soner. En fullstendig sammenbrytning av de celler av skumstoffet som er. an-bragt i angjeldende områder, vil imidlertid unngås, og over-raskende har det vist seg at den tvangsmessige resulterende forandring av de elastiske egenskaper har en overordentlig positiv virkning på de tilsvarende innleggssålers bærekomfort. De tilsvarende innleggssålers gode tilpasningsevne som kan takkes for dette, er sikret"også når overflaten på skumstoff-platen er overtrukket med kjente tildekningsstoffer, eksempelvis med en lukket bane av naturlig eller syntetisk lær,
av en folie eller av en tekstilflatestruktur.
Tilsvarende tildekningsstoffer kan også påkasjeres overflaten til platen i henhold til oppfinnelsen ved hjelp av flammekasjering. Den kostbare anvendelse av klebestoffer er således i henhold til oppfinnelsen ikke påkrevd lenger. Ulemper i form av flekkdannelse eller herdning av overflaten som ofte resulterer av anvendelsen av klebestoffer, vil således ved en plate i henhold til foreliggende oppfinnelse ikke lenger opptre.
Det har vist seg som særlig hensiktsmessig når skumstoff laget har en tykkelse på 1,5 - 15 mm, fortrinnsvis en tykkelse på 4 - 7 mm. Storre lagtykkelser har riktignok like-ledes en utmerket tilpasningsevne, imidlertid vil den med skumstofflaget parallelt forlopende stigning av overflaten på en tilsvarende innleggssåle som står i umiddelbar kontakt med fotens underside, lett kunne fore til nedsatt bortledning av varmen fra fotens underside. En slik nedsettelse vil ikke ved enhver anvendelse være fysiologisk ubetenkelig.
Oppfinnelsen skal i det fblgende nærmere forklares ved hjelp av et utforelseseksempel som er fremstilt på tegning-en som viser en plate til fremstilling av en polstret bindsåle i henhold til oppfinnelsen. Henvisningstallet 1 er benyt-tet for tildekningslaget, henvisningstallet 2 gjelder laget av det med lukkede celler oppskummede tverrbundne polyolefinskum og henvisningstallet 3 er brukt for banen av bundet fiber-material.
De tre lag er innbyrdes forbundet under anvendelse av flammekasjering. Den oppnådde styrke er utmerket og den overstiger i hvert fall skumstofflagets egenstyrke. Den av platen i henhold til oppfinnelsen fremstilte polstrede bindsåle kan som folge av dette forarbeides etter vanlige metoder. • Innleggssåler kan fremstilles ved hjelp av enkel utstansing. Claims (4)
1. Plate til fremstilling av en polstret bindsåle eller en innleggssåle, bestående av et bærematerial, et skum-stofflag og eventuelt et tildekningslag som innbyrdes er forbundet, karakterisert ved at bærematerialet består av en bundet bane (3) av naturlige og/eller syntetiske fibre, og at skumstoffet består av en plate (2) av et med lukkede celler oppskummet, tverrbundet polyolefin som ved hjelp av flammekasjering er påsveiset fiberbanen.
2. Plate ifblge krav 1, karakterisert ved at polyolefinet er et polyetylen med en volumvekt på 25 - 200 kg/m^, fortrinnsvis med en volumvekt på 90 kg/m^.
3. Plate ifblge krav 1 - 2~, karakterisert ved at skumstofflaget (2) har en tykkelse på 1,5 - 15 mm, fortrinnsvis en tykkelse på 5 mm.
4. Plate ifblge krav 1-3, karakterisert ved at skumstofflaget (2) er oppbygget av to eller flere lag med forskjellig volumvekt.
