Description

REGULERINGSANORDNING
Den foreliggende oppfinnelsen omhandler en anordning for regulering av vannturbiner med hovedfokus på Francisturbin.
Den tidligere kjente og anvendte teknikk dreier seg om et ytre sett med faste ledeskovler og et indre sett med regulerbare ledeskovler der en kraftig hydraulikk sylinder sørger for en mekanisk styrt synkron posisjonering av det indre sett med ledeskovler. Tester viser at den synkrone posisjoneringen skaper uønsket turbulens ved ulike punkter inn mot løpehjulet ved variasjoner i flow og trykk som igjen reduserer virkningsgrad og forårsaker uønskede vibrasjoner og slitasje.
Den nye teknikk dreier seg om å anordne en hydraulikk sylinder/Elektrisk aktivator på hver ledeskovl der hver enkelt sylinder styres av impulser fra et data kontroll system og derved styrer flowet mere optimalt mot løpehjulet. En steppermotor/Lineærmotor kan være et alternativ til hydraulikksylindrene Som Aktivator mellom lenkene til ledeskovlene. En individuell regulering gir mulighet til en stegvis kalibrering og dermed korrigering av forstyrrende turbulens til løpehjulet.
Fordelene ved den nye teknologien er at den er relativt enkel å montere på eksisterende maskiner, den vil øke virkningsgraden og minske vibrasjoner og slitasje samt at den er like enkel og etter montere på eksisterende anlegg som ved montering på nybygg.
Det er etter gransking ikke funnet eksempler på individuell regulerings løsning til dette formålet.
De for oppfinnelsen kjennetegnende trekk vill fremgå av de etterfølgende patentkrav samt av den etterfølgende beskrivelse under henvisning til vedlagte tegninger, hvilke viser foretrukne, men for oppfinnelsen ikke-begrensende utførelsesformer av ordningen ifølge oppfinnelsen.

Anordning ved ledeskovl regulering av turbin, K A R A K T E R I S E R T ved at et turbin hus(5) har et antall regulerbare ledeskovler(3), at ledeskovlene enkeltvis er anordnet til en hydraulikksylinder, Steppermotor,eller lineærmotor
( Aktivatorer) (6) har individuelle sensorstyringer(2), at sensorene(2) kommuniserer med en hydraulikk enhet(8) via en data kontroll enhet(7).

Anordning ifølge krav 1, K A R A K T E R I S E R T ved at et ytre sett med faste ledeskovler erstattes med individuelt regulerbare ledeskovler(2,3,4,5,6,7,8).
