Claims (12)
1. Energihøstende bøye (10) omfattende en flottør (11) og en bølgeenergiomformer (20), hvori bølgeenergiomformeren (20) omfatter en omformer (40) i form av en magnetisk ledeskrue innrettet bevegelig i en hylse (30) hvilken strekker seg vertikalt i flottøren (11), og en generatorenhet (50) fiksert i flottøren (11) og hvilken omgir omformeren (40) i omkretsretning, karakterisert ved at den energihøstende bøyen (10) omfatter:
- en vannfylt stempelsammenstilling (200) innrettet ved nedre del av flottøren (11) og innrettet til omformeren (40), og
- en lufteanordning (300) for evakuering av luft fra og tilførsel av luft til den vannfylte stempelsammenstillingen (200) via én eller flere luftkanaler eller ved at energiomformeren (20) er formet ved hule komponenter hvilke tilveiebringer én eller flere luftkanaler,
hvori den vannfylte stempelsammenstillingen (200) tilveiebringer en stående vannsøyle hvilken tilbakeholder omformeren (40) lineært når flottøren (11) beveger seg grunnet passerende bølger.
2. Energihøstende bøye (10) ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved at den vannfylte stempelsammenstillingen (200) omfatter et langstrakt stempelhus (210) åpen (211) mot omgivende vann ved nedre ende, hvori et stempel (220) er bevegelig innrettet i stempelhuset (210), til hvilket stempel (220) er innrettet en stempelstang (221) hvilken strekker seg ut av stempelhuset (210) ved øvre side derav gjennom en åpning (212) og innrettet til nedre ende av omformeren (40) via en aksling (110).
3. Energihøstende bøye (10) ifølge krav 2, karakterisert ved at den utvendige diameteren av stempelet (220) er mindre enn den indre diameteren av stempelhuset (210).
4. Energihøstende bøye (10) ifølge krav 2, karakterisert ved at den utvendige diameteren av stempelstangen (221) er mindre enn den indre diameteren av åpningen (212) ved øvre side av det langstrakte stempelhuset (210).
5. Energihøstende bøye (10) ifølge krav 2, karakterisert ved at det langstrakt stempelhuset (210) er innrettet slik at det strekker seg fra inne i flottøren (11) til utvendig av flottøren (11).
6. Energihøstende bøye (10) ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved at lufteanordningen (300) omfatter en regulerbar ventil (310) hvilket muliggjør kontrollert evakuering og tilførsel av luft.
7. Energihøstende bøye (10) ifølge krav 1 eller 6, karakterisert ved at den omfatter i det minste én luftkompressor (320) hvilken tilfører komprimert luft til det indre av det langstrakte stempelhuset (210).
8. Energihøstende bøye (10) ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved at den videre omfatter en styringsenhet (500) innrettet til å omforme høstet vekselstrøm til likestrøm for lagring i et energilager (400) innrettet i flottøren (11) og/eller overføring til en bruker eller overføring til land via kabel.
9. Energihøstende bøye (10) ifølge krav 8, karakterisert ved at styringsenheten (500) er forsynt med et batteristyringssystem.

Energihøstende bøye (10) ifølge ett av kravene foran, karakterisert ved at den videre er forsynt med en oppover ragende struktur (600) eller tårn ragende oppover ved øvre side av flottøren (11), forsynt med et LED-markeringslys (601) drevet av energilageret (400) eller ved at hylsen (30) strekker seg ut av flottøren (11) ved øvre side og danner en oppover ragende struktur eller tårn forsynt med et LED-markeringslys (601) drevet av energilageret (400).
11. Energihøstende bøye (10) ifølge ett av kravene foran, karakterisert ved at strukturen (600) eller tårnet eller hylsen (30) huser energilageret (400), styringsenheten (500), lufteanordningen (300) og i det minste én kompressor (320), dersom tilstede, eller ved at både hylsen (30) og strukturen (600) eller tårn huser én eller flere av energilageret (400), styringsenheten (500), lufteanordningen (300) og i det minste én kompressor (320), dersom tilstede.
12. Energihøstende bøye (10) ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved at en vindturbingenerator eller pumpe er innrettet i forbindelse med den ene eller flere luftkanalene hvilken produserer energi fra luftstrømning.
