Claims (9)
1. Fremgangsmåte for intern tilgang i en elektrisk maskin (10), der maskinen (10) omfatter et motorhus (12) med en stator (14) og en rotor (16) utstyrt med permanentmagneter, der nevnte rotor (16) er koblet til en sentral aksling (24) ved hjelp av lagre (20), og motorhuset (12) omfatter endeplater (18) og lagerhus (22) som dekker nevnte lagre (20) som understøtter akslingen (24), hvori fremgangsmåten omfatter trinnene:
- innføring av et antall låsekiler (40) gjennom hull (26) i endeplaten (18), og inn i et luftgap (28) mellom rotoren (16) og statoren (14),
- fastlåsing av rotoren (16) med hensyn til statoren (14) ved bruk av nevnte låsekiler (40) i luftgapet (28), og
- fjerning av lagerhuset (22) for tilgang til interne deler av maskinen (10).
2. Fremgangsmåte i samsvar med krav 1, hvori fremgangsmåten videre omfatter trinnet med å skifte lageret (20) etter at lagerhuset (22) har blitt fjernet.
3. Fremgangsmåte i samsvar med krav 1, hvori fremgangsmåten videre omfatter trinnet med å fjerne endeplaten (18) etter at lagerhuset (22) har blitt fjernet.
4. Fremgangsmåte i samsvar med krav 1, hvori fremgangsmåten videre omfatter trinnet med å vedlikeholde en intern kjøler eller andre interne deler i motoren (10) etter at endeplaten (18) har blitt fjernet.
5. Fremgangsmåte i samsvar med krav 1, hvori fremgangsmåten omfatter bruk av ikke-magnetiske kiler.
6. Fremgangsmåte i samsvar med krav 1, hvori fremgangsmåten omfatter trinnet med å innføre ikke-magnetiske låsekiler (40) av avtakende tykkelse over lengden av kilene, for å passe til mulige variasjoner i luftgapet (28) mellom rotoren (16) og statoren (14).
7. Fremgangsmåte i samsvar med krav 1-6, hvori trinnene til fremgangsmåten utføres på motorsiden av maskinen (10).
8. Fremgangsmåte i samsvar med krav 1-6, hvori trinnene til fremgangsmåten utføres på ikke-motorsiden av maskinen (10).
9. Fremgangsmåte i samsvar med krav 1-8, hvori trinnene til fremgangsmåten utføres omvendt og alle delene settes tilbake i respektive posisjoner.
