Abstract
Det beskrives cellereselektering i et mobilkommunikasjonssystem, omfattende et flertall offentlige mobilkommunikasjonsnettverk, PLMN, hver med et antall celler. Cellene omfatter lister over tilgrensende celler med informasjon om hvilke tilgrensende celler en mobilterminal (MT) i en første celle (PLMN1 celle 1) skal anvende for cellereselektering. The false PLMN identities are signaled as equivalent PLMN to the mobile terminal (MT) to make cell reselection to an associated adjoining cell (PLMN2 cell 3) but not to other cells (PLMN2 cell 1, PLMN2 cell 2) in the other PLMN (PLIVIN2 ).
