Abstract
System for styring av en undervannsbeliggende syklon for separasjon av olje fra vann. Syklonen settes til å motta vann med oljeinnhold gjennom en innløpslinje, oljen blir separert fra vannet og levert gjennom et oljeutløp til en oljeutløpslinje, og vannet blir 5 levert gjennom et vannutløp til en vannutløpslinje. Systemet innbefatter en reguleringsventil i oljeutløpet eller oljeutløpslinje fra syklonen, en første differensialtrykk-transducer plassert mellom innløpslinjen og oljeutløpet fra syklonen, og en andre differensialtrykk-transducer plassert mellom innløpslinjen og vannutløpet fra syklonen. Systemet kjennetegnes ved at en sensor for å måle oljeinnhold er plassert i 10 vannutløpet eller vannutløpslinjen, og via et styringsmiddel er nevnte sensor operativt koblet til reguleringsventilen.
