Figur 1 viser en utforming av en avfallsbeholder 10 i sammensatt tilstand. Avfallsbeholderen består av en bunndel 12, og en toppdel 11 som sammen danner en enhet. Avfallsbeholderen har i utgangspunktet en trekantet avrundet form, men den er ikke begrenset til dette og kan ha andre former som firkantet, femkantet, etc. Oppfinnelsen blir for enkelhetsskyld forklart med referanse til trekantformen, men er som sagt ikke begrenset til denne formen. Figur 2A og B viser hvordan toppdel 11 kan heves fra bunndel 12. Toppdelen kan eventuelt være koblet til bunndelen ved hjelp av en låsbar innretning (ikke vist på figur) som må låses opp før toppdelen kan heves. Toppdelen 11 kan etter eventuell opplåsing heves vertikalt ved hjelp av en fjæret gassdemper som også fungerer som en aksling 13. På toppen av bunndelen er det anbragt en festelist 17 som her er vist med tre armer som er festet til avfallsbeholderens tre hjørner. Denne festelisten kan også være uforgrenet, det vil si være en rett list som deler avfallsrommet i to. Dersom avfallsbeholderen er firkantet kan festelisten på tilsvarende måte ha fire armer slik at det dannes fire rom. I toppdelen 11 befinner det seg en U-formet dekklist 18 som er komplementær til festelisten 17. Mellom disse listene 17 og 18 er det mulighet for å feste avfallsposene, og denne festingen vil bli forklart nærmere senere. Langs øvre kant av bunndelen 12 er det montert et antall festepinner 19, og toppdelen 11 har komplementære hull eller spor (ikke vist) som samvirker med disse når toppdel og bunndel er montert sammen. Som en ekstra sikkerhet kan avfallsbeholderen også utstyres med en låsbar innretning, som f.eks en sylinderlås eller umbraco-nøkkel. Avfallsbeholderen vil således være meget godt sikret mot uønsket åpning og hærverk. Figur 3 viser detaljer av toppdelen 11. Hjørneprofiler 20 er festet på konvensjonell måte til topplokket 21. Under topplokket er det festet et brannsikirngsplate 22. Denne platen er koblet til topplokket 20 ved hjelp av en brannsikringsbolt 23. Dersom det skulle oppstå brann i avfallsbeholderen ved at brennbart søppel utilsiktet blir kastet oppi, vil brannsikringsplaten 22 løsne fra topplokket. Dette skjer ved at varmen fra brannen smelter limet eller legeringen som brannholt 23 består av. Limet eller legeringen kan smelte ved ca. 70°C. Brannsikirngsplate 22 vil fall rett ned mot vinkellist 24 og kvele eventuelle flammer og røyk , slik at videre brannutvikling blir hemmet. På figuren er brannsikirngsplate 22 festet med en sentral brannsikringsbolt 23, men det kan være alternative utforminger der brannlokket er festet ved hjelp av flere bolter eller lim-punkter for eksempel rundt platens periferi. Den nedre listen til toppdelen 11 er en vinkellist 24 som sørger for tett sluttning mellom toppdel og bunndel. Den trearmede U-formede dekklisten 18 er festet til vinkellisten 24. Figur 4 viser skjematisk avfallsbeholderen ved montering av søppelposer og reklameplakater. Når avfallsbeholderen 10 skal tømmes og poser, eventuelt reklameplakater skal skiftes, åpnes først låsen til toppdelen, dersom låseinnretning finns. Top part 11 is raised until it is clear of bottom part 12, and will stay in this position when the release button is released. The top part 11 can now be rotated 360° around shaft 13. In Figure 2B, the top part 11 is swung aside to thereby provide easy access to the actual collection room 15 for waste in the bottom part 12. When the top part is swung aside, it is also easy to change rubbish bags and mount advertising placards on the sides of the waste container. On the top of the bottom part there is a fastening strip 17 which is shown here with three arms which are attached to the waste container's three corners. This attachment strip can also be unbranched, i.e. be a straight strip that divides the waste room in two. If the waste container is square, the attachment strip can similarly have four arms so that four rooms are formed. In the top part 11, there is a U-shaped cover strip 18 which is complementary to the attachment strip 17. Between these strips 17 and 18 there is the possibility of attaching the waste bags, and this attachment will be explained in more detail later. A number of fastening pins 19 are mounted along the upper edge of the bottom part 12, and the top part 11 has complementary holes or grooves (not shown) which cooperate with these when the top part and bottom part are mounted together. As an extra measure of security, the waste container can also be equipped with a lockable device, such as a cylinder lock or umbraco key. The waste container will thus be very well secured against unwanted opening and vandalism. Figure 3 shows details of the top part 11. Corner profiles 20 are attached in a conventional way to the top cover 21. Under the top cover, a fire safety plate 22 is attached. This plate is connected to the top cover 20 by means of a fire safety bolt 23. If a fire were to occur in the waste container at that flammable rubbish is accidentally thrown in, the fire protection plate 22 will detach from the top cover. This happens because the heat from the fire melts the glue or the alloy of which fireproofing 23 is made. The glue or alloy can melt at approx. 70°C. Fire safety plate 22 will fall straight down against angle strip 24 and suffocate any flames and smoke, so that further fire development is inhibited. In the figure, fire safety plate 22 is attached with a central fire safety bolt 23, but there may be alternative designs where the fire lid is attached by means of several bolts or glue points, for example around the periphery of the plate. The lower strip of the top part 11 is an angle strip 24 which ensures a tight connection between the top part and the bottom part. The three-armed U-shaped cover strip 18 is attached to the angle strip 24. Figure 4 schematically shows the waste container when installing rubbish bags and advertising posters. When the waste container 10 is to be emptied and bags, possibly advertising posters are to be changed, the lock to the top part is first opened, if there is a locking device. The top part 11 is then raised and rotated around shaft 13 so that access is opened for inserting waste bags 25. In the figure, a bag 25 is shown that fits one of the three source sorting rooms. The collection room 15 is not divided by vertical walls. This means that when the waste container has three source sorting bags, the bag(s) that are first filled with rubbish will be able to take up some space from the neighboring bag that has not yet been filled. This flexible solution avoids the problem of overflowing rubbish bags. The waste bags 25 are placed in the collection space 15 in the bottom part 12. The upper part of the bag 25 is folded over the top edge of the bottom part with fixing pins 19 and over the fixing strip 17 which divides the container into three parts. Alternatively, the source sorting parts 17 and 18 can be removed with a simple hand grip, and the container can now be used with a common waste room, where a large bag is used. If advertising posters 26 are to be changed, this is done while the top part 11 is still lifted up and to the side. Advertising posters 26 are guided vertically down into slots between corner profiles 27 on the outside of the bottom part's sides. The advertising posters can optionally be covered by a vandal-proof protective glass. The posters are guided down until they rest against the bottom edge 28. The advertising poster is now fixed at the bottom with the help of the bottom edge 28, and along the vertical sides with the help of the corner profiles 27. Claims

1.
