Description
ANORDNING VED ANLEGGSMASKIN MED ENERGIFORSYNING FRA HYDROGEN BRENSELCELLE OG KRAFTOVERFØRING MED HYDRAULIKK OG VOLUMNØYTRALE HYDRAULISKE SYLINDERE
Denne oppfinnelsen vedrører en anordning til bruk ved energiforsyning til e anleggsmaskin. Nærmere bestemt dreier det seg om en hydrogenbrenselcelle som genererer strøm til ladning av batteri som igjen forsyner en elektrohydraulisk kraftoverføring med regenerering av energi med volumnøytrale sylindere.
Anleggsbransjen og spesielt anleggsmaskiner som med dagens forbrenningsmotorer slipper ut mye C02, står nå overfor strengere krav til utslipp av klimagasser. Dette fører til at batteri som energiforsyning i anleggsmaskiner nå er en løsning som i stadig større omfang blir tatt i bruk. Med batteridrift blir det mer påkrevet å finne effektive energi- og kraftoverførings systemer som med minimale energitap lader og omsetter energien i batteriet til arbeid på maskinen. Batterier er kostbare å installere o store energitap gir korte perioder mellom hver ladning og derved redusert effektivitet på maskinen.
Med foreliggende oppfinnelse har en kommet frem til en løsning der batterie lades med en hydrogenbrenselcelle, slik at anleggsmaskinen kan operere ut ladeperioder. Brenselcellen har en forholdsvis liten effekt, men kjører kontinuerlig, slik at energimengden som mates inn i batteriet er lik den som ta ut. Batteriet fungerer som en for regulator, slik at effekttopper kan tas ut når maskinen har behov for kortvarig effekttopper.
Ved å kombinere hydrogenbrenselcelle med batteri og en energieffektiv kraftoverføring har en kommet frem til en løsning for anleggsmaskiner som gir null utslipp og lange arbeidsperioder uten tilgang på elektrisk ladning, men bare skifte av hydrogentank eller etterfylling.
En hydrogenbrenselcelle med tilhørende hydrogentank leverer elektrisk ener med konstant effekt til et battere, slik at energimengden som leveres inn er lik energimengden som tas ut fra batteriet med varierende styrke.
For å redusere energitapet er maskinen forsynt med en energieffektiv kraftoverføring som består av elektromotorer tilordnet hydraulikkpumper, slik at volumstrømmen og trykk til hydrauliske volumnøytralesylindere reguleres av turtall på elektromotoren og ikke med ventiler. Hydraulikksylindrene er utført som volumnøytrale sylindere, dvs at ved lastsenking går hydraulikkpumpene som motorer og elektromotorene som generator med regenerering av energ til batteriet.
Oppfinnelsen skal nå forklares nærmere med henvisning til et foretrukket utførelseseksempel hvor:

På figurene betegner henvisningstallet 1 en gravemaskin med hovedramme førerhus 6 og belteunderstell 12. Gravemaskinen 1 er videre forsynt med en hovedbom 2 forbundet til stkke 16 tilordnet graveskuffe 15. Til å bevege bommen 2, stikke 16 og graveskuffen 15 er det anordnet volumnøytrale sylindere 3,4,5. Maskinen er også forsynt med batteri 7 hydrogentank 8 og hydrogenbrenselcelle 11 samt elektromotorer 10.
Hydrogenbrenselcellen 11 henter hydrogen fra tanken 8 via forbindelsen 1 hydrogenbrenselcellen 11 omdannes hydrogenet til strøm som sendes gjennom forbindelsen 25 til en omformeren 19 og vider til batteriet 7 gjenno forbindelsen 20.
Hastigheten på volumnøytral sylindere 3,4og 5 styres ved hjelp av hendelen og giveren 22 som gir signal via forbindelsen 21 til elektrisk drive 17 som hente strøm fra batteriet gjennom forbindelsen 20 og styrer strøm til motoren 10, slik at omdreiningstallet kan varieres i retning og utslag med hendelen 23.
Pumpen 31 er koblet til motoren 10 og gir oljemengde til volumnøytral sylindere 3,4, og 5. Med volumnøytral sylinder menes i denne sammenhenge en hydraulisk sylinder som har likt slagvolum i begge retninger slik at når laste senkes går like stor volumstrøm tilbake som inn i sylinderen. Derved kan pumpen 31 kjøres som motor og motoren 10 blir generator og genererer en tilbake til batteriet 7 gjennom elektrisk drive 17. En etterfyllingsventil 28 og pumpe 24 er anordnet for å etterfylle interne lekkasjer i pumpen 31 og volumnøytrale sylindere 3,4og 5.
