Abstract
Den elektromagnetisk-akustiske (EMAT) signalomformeren beskrevet her er nyttig for ikke-destruktiv analyse av objekter. Signalomformeren omfatter en kjerne med en vikling og en spole anordnet mellom kjernen og objektet som skal analyseres. Én signalomformer kan bli anvendt som sender og en annen signalomformer som mottaker.
