Abstract
En vannbasert grunner og en fremgangsmåte for beskyttelse av jern- eller stålmaterialer mot korrosjon ved først grunning med en vannbåren grunnersammensetning inneholdende a) et bindemiddel av en eller flere akryliske kopolymerer basert på en eller flere akryliske monomerer og en eller flere klorerte monomerer, b) et korrosjonshemmende pigment, c) en eller flere ytterligere pigmenter, d) valgfrie konvensjonelle additiver og/eller adjuvanser, og e) vann og deretter belegging med et bitumenmateriale. I motsetning til dagens grunnere på organisk løsningsmiddelbasis gir den vannbårne grunneren lav til ingen emisjon av flyktige organiske forbindelser (VOC'er) og tilfredsstiller fortsatt kravene til antikorrosjonseffekt, kohesjons- og adhesjonsstyrke.
