Abstract
Det beskrives gjenvinning av kjøtt og råstoff fra avfall og generering av anrikede råstoffprodukter avledet fra valgte fraksjoner av produkter ifølge denne kjøttgjenvinningsprosess. Spesielt beskrives det en kjøttgjenvinningsprosess omfattende de generelle trinn med samling av avfallsmateriale, koking av dette i vann, dekantering av det kokte materiale til en faststoffraksjon og en væskefraksjon, separering av faststoffraksjonen i kjøttmateriale og benmateriale ved bruk av en ikke-destruktiv gravitetssepareringsmetode og avlevering av kjøttmaterialet og benmaterialet for ytterligere prosessering og reduksjon av vanninnholdet i væskefraksjonen for å gi et konsentrert råstoffprodukt.I tillegg beskriver oppfinnelsen i henhold til et ytterligere aspekt en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av et anriket råstoffprodukt omfattende en kollagenrik fraksjon.
