Abstract

Den foreliggende oppfinnelsen vedrører en anordning utformet for injeksjon av fluid I en oljebrønn, typisk en offshore oljebrønn for petroleumsproduksjon og gassinjeksjon/gassløftesystem for fluidinjeksjon. Anordningen omfatter et ytre hult hus ( 1 ) med et indre legeme ( 3 ) bevegelig i det ytre huset ( 1 ), som i en første lukkede posisjon er lukket med et metall-til-metall tetningssystem mellom det ytre huset ( 1 ) og det indre legemet ( 3 ), hvilket indre legeme ( 3 ) opereres av differensialtrykket over det indre legemet ( 3 ). Det bevegelige indre legemet ( 3 ) er forbundet til det ytre hule huset ( 1 ) ved hjelp av en sikringskile ( 6 ). Sikringskilen ( 6 ) omfatter et skjærarrangement og er anordnet for å holde ventilen i en fast lukket posisjon, hvor trykkfluidet må overvinne forspenningen av sikringskilen ( 6 ) for å åpne anordningen. Når anordningen er brutt åpen kan den forbli i denne åpne posisjonen idet sikringskilen ( 6 ) låses til det ytre hule huset ( 1 ).
