Abstract
En elektromagnetisk sonde (1) måler de elektromagnetiske egenskaper til en undergrunns-formasjon (GF) i en begrenset sone som omgir et brønnboringshull (WBH). Brønnborings-hullet er fylt med et brønnboringsfluid (DM). Sonden omfatter en pute (2) som har en første flate som avgrenser et første område som er anordnet til å posisjoneres i kontakt med en brønnboringsvegg (WBW). Sonden (1) omfatter videre: Minst to sendende antenner (4A, 4B) som definerer et sentralt punkt (CP) mellom seg, idet hver antenne er anordnet i en avstand fra det sentrale punkt, og i det minste et første (5A, 5B) og et annet sett (5C, 5D) av mottakende antenner, idet hvert sett omfatter en første mottakende antenne (5A ; 5C) og en annen mottakende antenne (5B ; 5D), den første mottakende antenne er posisjonert på en side av de sendende antenner og den annen mottakende antenne er posisjonert på den andre siden av de sendende antenner, slik at hvert sett omgir de sendende antenner (4A, 4B).
