Abstract

Den foreliggende oppfinnelsen vedrører en gruppe nye tetrahydropyridin-4-yl-indoler med en todelt virkemåte: serotonin-reopptaksinhibisjon og affinitet for dopamin-D2 reseptorer, fremgangsmåter for fremstilling av disse forbindelsene og nye mellomprodukter som er nyttige ved syntesen av de nevnte tetrahydropyridin-4-yl-indolene. Oppfinnelsen vedrører også anvendelse av en forbindelse som her er beskrevet for fremstilling av et medikament som gir en fordelaktig effekt. Oppfinnelsen vedrører nye tetrahydropyridin-4-yl-indoler med formel (I). Og tautomerer, isomerer, prodrugs, N-oksider, farmakologisk akseptable salter, hydrater og solvater derav, der: - R1 er hydrogen, halogen, alkyl(C1-3) eller alkoksy(C1-3), CN eller CF3, - R2 er hydrogen eller alkyl(C1-3), R3 er hydrogen eller alkyl (C1-3), -Z er hydrogen eller alkyl (C1-3), alkoksy (C1-3) eller alkyltio(C1-3), - A er hydrogen eller alkyl (C1-3), eller -A og Z danner sammen en mettet eller (delvis) umettet 5- eller 6-leddet ring som kan være substituert med halogen, alkyl (C1-3) eller fenyl, der Z i ringen står for karbon, svovel eller nitrogen.
