Abstract
En fremgangsmåte for innfanging av CO2 fra eksosgassen fra forbrenning av karbonholdig materiale, i hvilken fremgangsmåte eksosgassen blir brakt i motstrøms kontakt med en flytende CO2 absorbent i en kontaktseksjon av en absorpsjonskolonne for å gi en CO2 arm eksosgass som blir frigitt til atmosfæren og en CO2 rik absorbent som blir trukket ut fra absorpsjonskolonnen, hvor den rike absorbenten blir introdusert inn i en regenerasjonskolonne hvor varme blir tilført til den rike absorbenten for å gi CO2 som blir trukket ut for videre behandling og eksport, og arm, eller regenerert absorbent som blir resirkulert til absorpsjonskolonnen, hvor minst en del av eksosgassen fra forbrenningen av karbonholdig materiale blir introdusert som en oksygeninneholdende gass til en biobrenselkjele, før den blir introdusert til absorpsjonskolonnen, blir beskrevet.
