Oppfinnelsen gjelder en lampe for sone 0 farlige områder. Lampen 1 omfatter en belyser 4.1 og en kabel 3 for tilførsel av elektrisk kraft for å belyse belyseren 4.1. Lampen 1 omfatter videre en belysningsenhet 4 som omfatter en kropp 4.2 i forbindelse med hvilken belyseren 4.1 er festet, og et beskyttende deksel 4.3 plassert over belyseren 4.1 for beskyttelse av belyseren 4.1. Det ledige rommet i kroppen 4.2 er fylt med en fyllmasse for å gjøre belysningsenheten 4 hovedsakelig gasstett.
