I denne tetningen danner eller omfatter laget B et belegg av uorganisk materiale. Tetningen (1, V, 1 ") omfatter et lag S som danner en bærer for laget B, idet bærerlaget S er eller ikke er i kontakt med laget C, for å danne en struktur som omfatter enten en rekke lag C, B og S, en struktur angitt symbolsk som C/BIS når det gjelder lagene C, B og S som ligger inntil hverandre, idet laget S er beregnet til å være i kontakt med vinen, eller en rekke lag C, S og B, en struktur representert symbolsk som C/S/B når det gjelder lagene C, S og B som ligger inntil hverandre, idet laget B er beregnet til å være i kontakt med vinen.
