Abstract

Det er tilveiebrakt en fremgangsmåte for å generere en inverterbar, 3D hydrodynamisk jordmodell egnet for å definere målkarakteristikker for et undergrunnsområde dannet av et antall formasjoner, og omfattende boreposisjoner for potensielle og reelle brønner. Fremgangsmåten omfatter konstruksjon av en innledende 3D jordmodell ved å kombinere løsninger for et sett med 1 D enkeltmodelller hvor hver av modellene svarer til en reell eller potensiell brønnboringsposisjon, og å dekke hele den respektive samlingen av formasjoner langs borehullet med løsninger for et relevant sett med 2D jordmodeller som er konstruert for enkeltformasjoner, og å optimalisere den konstruerte, innledende 3D jordmodellen ved å definere et optimalt sett med formasjoner og et optimalt sett med kalibrerbare modellparametere. En fremgangsmåte og et system er også tilveiebrakt for å optimalisere fremgangsmåten for konstruksjon av en jordmodell for å forutsi overtrykksutvikling forut for og under boring. Ettersom jordmodellen, som er konstruert i samsvar med den ovenfor beskrevne fremgangsmåte, tilveiebringer effektiv invertering av data, spesielt innsamlet under boring, kan forutsigelsen oppdateres i sanntid under boring. Oppfinnelsen kan sikre optimalisering av boreprosessen og forbedrer dens sikkerhet.
