Abstract

Anordning for å tilveiebringe forbedret brannisolasjon av for eksempel et vindu med en plateenhet (1), for eksempel en glassrute (2), en termopan (3) eller liknende, hvorved plateenheten (1) blir festet i et spor (4) med en sporbunn (5) på hvilken brannsvellingsmaterialet (8) blir påført, idet et avstandselement (9) er tilveiebrakt helt eller delvis over brannsvellingsmaterialet (8) mellom kanten (6) av plateenheten (1) og brannsvellingsmaterialet (8), som i tilfelle brann, øker volumet og følgelig trykker avstandselementet (9) mot kanten (6) for derved å feste plateenheten (1) i en høyere utstrekning i sporet (4).
