Det er beskrevet nye, hydrofile polyisocyanatblandinger på basis av polyakrylatmodifiserte polyisocyanater, en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling derav og deres anvendelse som utgangskomponenter ved fremstillingen av polyuretanplaster, spesielt som tverrbindingsmiddel for vannoppløselige eller -dispergerbare lakkbindemidler eller -bindemiddelkomponenter med grupper som er reaktive ovenfor isocyanatgrupper.
