Kledningen omfatter videre en bærer (3) med en basisdel (11) for montering på veggen og flere lommer (4) anordnet for å holde platene (5) i posisjoner slik at de overlapper eller ligger inntil hverandre parvis. Dette resulterer fordelaktig i at veggene i f.eks. en konteiner enkelt og hurtig kan dekkes av skuddsikre plater uten at det gjenstår et rom som skudd kan avfyres gjennom.
