Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører et filter for væske filtrering hvor filterets konstruksjon sikrer økt filtreringskapasitet ved oppbruking av filtreringsmediet mer enn tilstopping. Filteret omfatter lag av filtreringsmedium (2) og eventuelt også lag av avstandsmedium (1). Væske som skal filtreres kan ved hjelp av omledningsrom strømme rundt et antall lag av filtrerings og/eller avstandsmedium og ledes ved hjelp av minst en tetning (3) gjennom filtreringsmediets filtreringsareal. Endedeksler (5) med perforeringer (6) muliggjør fordeling av væsken i omledningsrommet mellom kantene på lagene av filtreringsmedium og avstandsmedium. Viklede filtre med en sentral kjerne (4) for bortdrenering av filtrert væske kan bygges opp med store dimensjoner. Det beskrives også en fremgangsmåte til fremstilling av filteret. Filtrene er egnet for mange formål, særlig for filtrering av væske med olje.
