Abstract
- En fremgangsmåte for å frembringe en modell som representerer et heterogent medium, slik som et underjordisk område, og som er beskrevet ved flere parametere eller fysiske størrelser (slik som de underjordiske impedanser i sammenheng med bølger av P-type eller S-type, densitet, etc.) ut i fra data uttrykt i forskjellige tidsskalaer (slik som flerkomponents seismiske data forut for stakking). - Et første trinn består i å estimere i rekkefølge og ut i fra data uttrykt i hver sin forskjellige tidsskala, parametere eller fysiske størrelser for modellen og da beskrevet for hver forskjellig tidsskala. I et andre trinn blir en skalafaktor, som gjør det mulig å omforme en modell beskrevet i en viss tidsskala til en modell beskre- vet i en annen tidsskala bestemt. Denne bestemmelse utføres ved å minimalisere ulikheten mellom en parameter (som kan være en fysisk størrelse eller en kombinasjon av fysiske størrelser) som er anslått i en viss tidsskala og denne parameter anslått i den andre tidsskala.
