Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en rørkobling for rør i et anlegg for strømmende fluid, hvor en rørende stikkes inn i rørkoblingen for fast og tettende forbindelse. Rørkoblingen innbefatter et hus (2) med en gjennomgående åpning og elementer for fast og tettende rørforbindelse for et rør som stikkes inn i koblingen. Rørkoblingen er kjennetegnet ved at husets åpning er forsynt med en sirkulært formet innsats (6) med en indre og ytre ende hvor den ytre ende er beliggende nærmest husets munning. Innsatsen er på sin ytre omkrets forsynt med et eller flere fastholdende elementer (8) med tilsvarende utformet motholdende elementer (7) i husets indre omkrets slik at innsatsen (6) fastholdes i husets åpning. Videre er innsatsen (6) ved sin ytre ende forsynt med et spor (16) for en tettende ring (10) og innsatsen er ved sin indre ende dannet med et flertall langs omkretsen anbrakte innvendige fremspring med en innbyrdes avstand, hvilke fremspring danner et segmentert konisk indre parti (13) med avsmalnende diameter i retning mot innsatsens (6) ytre ende, hvor det er anbrakt en sirkulær gripering (12) for røret som stikkes inn i rørkoblingen. Griperingen (12) har en ytre konisk flate (14) som hovedsakelig er motsvarende det indre segmenterte koniske parti (13) i innsatsen (6). Griperingen (12) er videre splittet i sin sirkulære omkrets med et utsnitt som tillater ringen å komprimeres mot innsatsens senterakse når ringen beveger seg langs innsatsens indre koniske parti. Huset danner videre et spor sammen med den indre ende av innsatsen (6) for en tettende ring (1l).BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a pipe connection for pipes in a flowing fluid system, where a pipe is inserted into the pipe connection for fixed and sealing connection. The pipe coupling includes a housing (2) with a through opening and elements for fixed and sealing pipe connection for a pipe inserted into the coupling. The pipe coupling is characterized in that the opening of the housing is provided with a circular shaped insert (6) with an inner and outer end, the outer end of which is located closest to the mouth of the housing. The insert is provided on its outer circumference with one or more retaining elements (8) with correspondingly shaped counter-holding elements (7) in the inner circumference of the housing so that the insert (6) is retained in the opening of the housing. Further, the insert (6) is provided at its outer end with a groove (16) for a sealing ring (10) and the insert is formed at its inner end with a plurality of circumferentially spaced inner projections forming a segmented tapered inner portion (13) of tapered diameter towards the outer end of the insert (6), where a circular gripping ring (12) is provided for the tube inserted into the pipe coupling. The gripping ring (12) has an outer conical surface (14) which is substantially similar to the inner segmented conical portion (13) of the insert (6). The gripping ring (12) is further split into its circular circumference with a cutout which allows the ring to be compressed against the center axis of the insert as the ring moves along the inner conical portion of the insert. The housing further forms a groove along the inner end of the insert (6) for a sealing ring (11).
