Abstract

The method of manufacturing the photoacoustic gas sensor is characterized in that the light source (4) provided on the lamp conductor plate (10), the microphone device provided on the microphone conductor plate (8) as well as the measuring and reference cells (1 and 2, respectively) are fitted to a measuring module (M). by means of a batch process, which measurement module (M) is placed on the module conductor plate (P).
