Abstract
The microphone device and light source (4) are provided on a microphone and lamp conductor plate (8 and 10, respectively) and, together with the measuring and reference cell (1 and 2, respectively), are placed on a common module conductor plate (P). The microphone device contains a difference microphone (3) which is designed as a so-called Noise Canceling microphone of the type used in mobile phones. The method of manufacturing the photoacoustic gas sensor is characterized in that the light source (4) provided on the lamp conductor plate (10), the microphone device provided on the microphone conductor plate (8) as well as the measuring and reference cells (1 and 2, respectively) are fitted to a measuring module (M). by means of a batch process, which measurement module (M) is placed on the module conductor plate (P).
