Abstract

Et overhalingssystem for anvendelse med et havbunnshorisontalt ventiltre tilveiebringer en økonomisk løsning når det ikke er nødvendig å trekke produksjonsrøret ut av brønnen og/eller når det ikke trenges en havbunnsboreutblåsningssikring (BOP). Systemet utnytter et stigerør og stigerørtilpasningsstykke. En ringromsstrømningslinje for forbindelse til ringrommet er anordnet med stigerøret. Overhalingssystemet kan tilpasses i flere konfigurasjoner for å forbinde den nedre ende av ringromsstrømningslinjen til det havbunnshorisontale ventiltre for kommunikasjon med ringrommet. For eksempel kan ringromsstrømningslinjen forbindes til tilpasningsstykket, eller kan forbindes mellom ventiltretettekoppen og produksjonsrørhengeren, eller under produksjonsrørhengeren. En isolasjonshylse kan eventuelt anvendes i forskjellige utførelsesformer og kan være konstruert for tetting og/eller palforbindelse med forskjellige komponenter avhengig av utførelsesformen. En eller flere reguleringsventiler for ringromsstrømmen kan anordnes i flere forskjellige/alternative posisjoner inklusive inne i produksjonsrørhengeren og utenfor det havbunnshorisontale bunntre.
