Abstract
Et overhalingssystem for anvendelse med et havbunnshorisontalt ventiltre tilveiebringer en økonomisk løsning når det ikke er nødvendig å trekke produksjonsrøret ut av brønnen og/eller når det ikke trenges en havbunnsboreutblåsningssikring (BOP). Systemet utnytter et stigerør og stigerørtilpasningsstykke. En ringromsstrømningslinje for forbindelse til ringrommet er anordnet med stigerøret. Overhalingssystemet kan tilpasses i flere konfigurasjoner for å forbinde den nedre ende av ringromsstrømningslinjen til det havbunnshorisontale ventiltre for kommunikasjon med ringrommet. For eksempel kan ringromsstrømningslinjen forbindes til tilpasningsstykket, eller kan forbindes mellom ventiltretettekoppen og produksjonsrørhengeren, eller under produksjonsrørhengeren. The system utilizes a riser and riser adapter. An annulus flow line for connection to the annulus is provided with the riser. The overhaul system can be adapted in several configurations to connect the lower end of the annulus flow line to the subsea horizontal valve tree for communication with the annulus. For example, the annulus flow line may be connected to the fitting piece, or may be connected between the valve sealing cup and the production pipe hanger, or under the production pipe hanger. An insulating sleeve may optionally be used in various embodiments and may be designed for sealing and / or pallet connection with various components depending on the embodiment. One or more control valves for the annulus flow can be arranged in several different / alternative positions including inside the production pipe hanger and outside the seabed horizontal bottom tree.
