Abstract

En gjenlukkbar pakket matbeholder, omfattende en ytre kartong (12) og en indre fleksibel foring eller pose (14). Den ytre kartongen har en generell halvstiv konstruksjon, den indre foringen er posisjonert på innsiden av den ytre kartongen, og en forsyning av et matprodukt (16) er anbrakt i foringen. Den ytre kartongen innbefatter en toppvegg (32) som igjen innbefatter første og andre motstående toppklaffer (34, 36). Disse klaffer er bevegbare mellom lukkede og åpnede posisjoner; og i den åpnede posisjonen danner toppklaffene en toppåpning (62), som langsgående strekker seg kun delvis over lengden av toppveggen, for å tilveiebringe adkomst til den indre foringen. Den indre foringen innbefatter en toppkant (52) og et topparti. Toppkanten er tilpasset for å danne en gjenlukkbar helleåpning (64) ved toppen av toppartiet til foringen. I tillegg er toppartiet av foringen tilpasset for å danne en sammentrykkbar helletut (70) som strekker seg kun delvis over toppkanten av foringen og som også strekker seg gjennom toppåpningen i kartongen for å utlevere matproduktet fra foringen. Når klaffene til kartongen er i den åpnede posisjonen, trekker klaffene seg oppover fra toppåpningen av kartongen og danner et tutstyring for å engasjere toppartiet av foringen, på motsatte sider derav, for å hjelpe til med å danne og holde toppartiet til foringen i formen av helletuten.
