Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse involverer fremgangsmåter for å lage 2-oksopiperazin og homologe forbindelser anvendende en fast bærerharpiks ved (a) å fjerne den beskyttende gruppe fra en N-beskyttet aminosyre-ester av harpiksen (dersom tilstede), (b) å reagere den resulterende ubeskyttede har- piksester med et sulfonylklorid, (c) å reagere det resul- terende intermediat med en N-beskyttet aminoalkohol, (d) å fjerne den N-beskyttende gruppe fra N'en fra aminoalko- holen, og (e) å dele/cyklisere produktet fra harpiksen.The present invention involves methods for making 2-oxopiperazine and homologous compounds using a solid support resin by (a) removing the protecting group from an N-protected amino acid ester of the resin (if present), (b) reacting the resulting unprotected - peak ester with a sulfonyl chloride, (c) reacting the resulting intermediate with an N-protected amino alcohol, (d) removing the N-protecting group from the N from the amino alcohol, and (e) dividing / cyclizing the product from the resin.
